BMOOD002 – 1WAY – BLUE TECH EP

After a number of releases through the Portuguese crew Faca Monstro (HHY, Ghuna X, etc.) and the collaborations with Stereopathy as ALMA, this is in fact the first solo release for the London based Portuguese 1Way through the all new BadMood Recordings label.
The Blue Tech EP presents four tracks that showcase the spectrum of 1Ways sound. The tittle track is a minimalistic heads down affair, half step and deep sub, much in the vein of Kryptic Minds, the Area Recordings crew and Youngstas sets. Following it’s The Mayor Crashed, more on a dreamy future garage tip with those long reverbed drones and a wall of deep bass.
The dancefloor pleasers come on the second half with Superstition being a reggae bass driven roller with a techy touch, and an old crowd favourite Kum Selectah, bringing the classic dread vibes, certainly closing the EP on a peak.

1Way has more releases scheduled on BadMood Recordings, ALMA and 19th Studio in the very near future as long as DJ appearances.
